Anna Maria Jopek
Anna Maria Jopek (born 14 December 1970 in Warsaw) is a Polish musician and singer.  Her father was singer, Stanislaw Jopek (1935-2006)
also known as the "First Coachman of Poland" and famous for his signature song, "Furman". Her mother, dancer Maria Stankiewicz.  In her 1999
Christmas album, Anna Maria featured two duets with her father, while her sister Patrycja performed on the violin.

Anna Maria competed in the 1997 Eurovision Song Contest, and among 25 participants, finished in 11th place with the song "Ale jestem".  She
has received numerous awards in recognition of her music including the Legrand's Personal Award in Vitebsk in 1994, as well as Gold and
Platinum records in Poland.  Amid such fanfare and success she remains modest, stating: "Music itself is the highest award for me. And the
greatest challenge. With so many questions remaining to be answered".

In 2002 she collaborated with jazz guitarist Pat Metheny in the production of an album and in 2007 teamed up with artists such as Mino Cinelu,
Christian McBride, Richard Bona, Branford Marsalis, Dhafer Youssef, Tord Gustavsen and Oscar Castro-Neves in the production of another
album.

During the months of April and May of 2009 she did a tour, performing in Russia, Indonesia, Singapore and Japan.
